Sales on Amazon
Well, I've sold another book so that's exciting. I also went on twitter and talked with an agent on there. She was talking about how hard it is to get people to where my book was and how it's hard to find ebooks using certain sites like Amazon. I told her it was but that's why I link to my book directly. People can cut out all the hassle and get straight to it. I know it's going to take time for my book to catch on but I'm still excited about selling two so far. I can't wait to see what happens over the next few months as I use facebook, twitter, and word of mouth to get the news out there that I wrote another book.

Writing News and Break Throughs
So, I can now say I'm a published author on Kindle. I recently sold my first copy and hope there's more to come. I must admit I had never heard of Kindle until a few months back. Yes, I'm that outdated!
I also started a page for the book and for my writing news on facebook. I'm trying to get as much publicity for the book and for me as possible. It's going to be fun to watch where my book goes. I have high hopes for it.
On the writing front, I'm writing something new! It's another historical novel set in New York City slums during the late 1800's. This idea has been forming for a couple of years now. I'd been wanting to write an historical novel with a Irish female main character for a long time but the idea eluded me. I wanted a tough chick. A girl who brawled with her fist. The idea just hit me of a sudden and I had to start it. I got almost 3000 words in already and I look forward to getting into the really fast paced and exciting points. It's going to have a lot of action and as I get closer to the first major scene, my heart starts to pound. Now that I'm a stay at home mom, I can devote so much more time to writing and I've pretty much turned it into a full time job.

My book Forbidden Love Affair
So recently I put my book, Forbidden Love Affair on Kindle to get it out there. I really love this story and know that others will to but it has to get out there so people can read it. I'm still writing and plan on keep trying to land an agent. Now that I'm done with school, I'm taking on writing full time so keep your eyes open. One day you will see my name in books on shelves. I will link to where you can buy it soon.

The bad writing news
I've put off writing for the longest time. I have quite a few in the works but I have no time to write at all! I've been working my butt off, trying to finish up my last two semesters without failing, doing all the things that come with being a mommy, and trying to find me time. I however recently started writing again. Working on something new and something old. After I graduate in October I plan on devoting all my time to writing. I want to some day be able to stay at home and just write. I'll post updates with the new stories as they happen. Wish me luck!
