New Novel Update
I finally got to 5291 words on my work in progress. It's very slowly coming along. Slower than I would like it but I want to take my time and have this story go the way I want it. For some reason, every time I start a story, by the ending it's something way different. I wanted the story to go one way and then I changed it without knowing it. That's hard editing work. I don't have a lot of time between working and school to work on it much. I got one year left in school left but I'm ready to get this writing show on the road.

I know exactly what you mean. I always type, type, type, and lose focus to what the story was intended to be about. Sometimes, it will work to your favor though.
My current project is me taking is slow, like tortoise slow, and it can get really frustrating, but I keep telling myself it will help keep my plot on the line...hopefully! =D
